IdeaVillage Products Corp. HD Aviators Fraud Wayne, New Jersey

The company cited aggressively advertises on cable television.  I order one pair of sun glasses via the Internet.  The program forced me to order two accompanied by an inordinatly high shipping and handling fee.  Two days after placing the order, an unnamed man called me at approximately 7:00 PM stating that he represented the subject company.  He attempted to obtain my personal information including a credit card number.  I perceived fraud and requested that any outstanding order be canceled.  At approxiimately 5:00 AM the following day, the merchandise was mailed and my credit card was charged in defiance of my mandate.  I called the company's customer telephone number at 9:00 AM and sopke with a man that fefused to reveda his name, employee identification, etc.  I told him that when the parcel arrives, I will mark it "Refused" and challenge the credit card charge.  He told me that was my legal right.  However, he stated that I must pay the $14.00 S&H fee.  He was very nasty and the like.  I have filed a complaint with the BBB and plan to file a Statement of Customer complaint with the Florida state authorities.

It is my opinion that one should not do any business with this organization.
