IEPLEXUS Scammed me out of my money Washington

I received a call regarding my website and how I could get traffic to my site.  I was also told about the newest way to promote the site being social networking and a blog like Facebook and Twitter. I was very specific with my need for a marketing company to promote my site and to gain search page placement.  He was very smooth with changing the subject and showing me the dynamics of a how twitter and Facebook could benefit my website and also told me they would do all the work for me since I was worn out trying to get my little business website up and running.  I got stated for $1900.00 with monthly what they called a “hosting fees” that was $180.00 and should I decide after 6 months I didn't want to continue with the monthly fees that would be fine, but then, what happens to the blog?  Well I was duped into believing this was what I needed. Then after spending around $16,000.00 I was just done. They did not return any of my phone calls and I was out of a heap of money. So when I got in contact with Bobby and his law firm and he explained to me that I could get my money back with him. I was hesitant at first because I just thought they were trying to get more money out of me. But Bobby explained to me that there were no upfront fees and that if my case was lost then I did not have to pay him and his firm any money.
