IEPLEXUS Scammed me out of my money Washington

I signed up with this company and they told me that I would make money quick and tons of it. They promised me that I would see a return in my investment as soon as my blog for my website was up and running. I mean I guess that could have happened if the blog was actual up and running or even created but it seems that it was not even attempted to be created. I was hesitant at first because I just thought they were trying to get more money out of me.
