I receive this item 9/27/12 and I first report the damages 10/19/2012 less than 22 days after i receive the furnish they start falling apart and at that time I was a single guy weighing 180 lb only home on weekends so I know i am not heavy enough to broke this sofa. I send photos and they(JOE) assure me that it's under (1) year warranty and they will replace them. After I report the damages in October 2012 I try calling no answer until November 2012. They say the shipping department should already ship it and he don't understand why they haven't ship it yet. January 2013 same answer, March 2013, same answer, May 2013 same answer, July 2013 same answer, september 2013 same answer and then I called and called and called and finally got Joe again on the line February,13 2014 and still the same answer. He say he would call back in 30 minutes tops, but no call back so i try calling and calling so here I am writing trying to figure out how they got such positive review for such a *** customer service. If you had a really good experience with IFD then i most got the wrong number. I would love to know how cause all I got is the same number from the start 1866-828-6260 so there must be another number. When I purchase the sofa the customer service was great but as soon as I say the word damage, The true customer service came to light..."BTW" JOE does everything, sale, customer service and shipping. I know he add my numbers to his no answer list cause I now run my own business and they have the same service as I do. Ashley Furniture had this same sofa but I save $132.00 purchasing this sofa set from IFD Furnishing. I can't say you will have the same bad experience as me but from my experience all they sell is a very good looking furniture with a crappy foundation.
