IGIA - Singerlazer Storm Vacuum Ripoff Fradulently sent me what I didn't order and charged me for it. Los Angeles California

My story is similar to others. I placed an order for 1 vacuum assuming that I would receive the other one for free. I paid shipping of $18.50 for both vacuums. Like others, my credit card was charged before I received them. I was concerned with the amount because I had asked for the 3 month payment arrangement and the first charge was very high. I thought they have may confused my request and charged me the entire amount, but boy was I wrong. I received my vacuums and of course, I had 4 vacuums.

I have spoken to the 2 customer service areas, once in California and the other 2 times in New York. I think that the phone number was forwarded. I spoke to a Teresa too like in another consumer's comments and she told me that she would reverse the charges and make sure that I wasn't charged for the next 2 months. She indicated that we she would issue a call tag and have the other 2 vacuum's picked up by Fedex. This has happened to me 2 times since the first time I called.

The last time I called, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I provided my contact information and never heard anything from anyone. I even attempted to contact Fedex to see if a call tag was ever requested. Of course I have had no luck there. I don't want to send them back because I am afraid that I will never get the charges back to my credit card. My credit card has been charged every month and I am afraid that the charges will continue.

At this point, I am desperate to try to get this resolved. Who would want 4 vacuum cleaners? I will never order anything ever again from an infomercial on TV. The BBB has this companies rating as a "F". Consumers should be better protected against scam artist companies like this one.
