igoair USA Travel Services LLC pretended to be part of SPIRIT AIR and lied about charging fees Internet

I was having problems completing my reservations on Spirit Airlines website and was looking for a way to complete the reservations.

Somehow I got to igoair thinking I am talking to a SPIRIT representative.

He told me that there were technical problems at SPIRIT, and he could do the reservation for me. I gave him the information and he gave me a price that I had seen on SPIRIT website. Knowing that SPIRIT charges separately to reserve seats and for baggage, I asked about those charges. He said that would be around $180 more (for 2 people).  

He told me he's sending an email which I must confirm by saying "I agree," and I have to send him a copy of my driver's license. I told him I could confirm the email but not send a copy of the driver's license. He told me he can't hold the reservation if I don't. We went back and forth about the license, and he agreed to wait until the next day.  At this point, I asked if they are an agency and if there is a fee. He said they do reservations for several airlines and that there was no extra fee.

I did confirm the email which included the cost of the flight including the bags and seats. It did not mention a fee.

Next day I get a call from another person at aigoair telling me the flight is confirmed and I should confirm another email from them regarding the reservation. He said he didn't need a copy of my driver's license after all. I did not confirm that particular email.

To make a long story short. I got suspicious, contacted SPIRIT. It took a while to find the reservation. The total price was $118 less than what I was quoted (including seats and baggage). The next day I was notified by the bank that there was a pending charge for $118 for ARC.

I have filed a dispute for this charge and now have an email from Legal & Fraud Prevention (legal@igoair.com) which apparently is run by USA Travel Services LLC. Web - TheFlyTeam.com 

This outfit is a total ripoff. They lie and cheat.
