I ordered the Giovanni Leave-in Conditioner with order number 5105951. I ordered it on November 10, 2010 and to this day I still haven't received it. Each time I have talked to them, they keep telling me it will be shipped on the next day. It still hasn't been shipped. They give me the run around about they don't know why it hasn't been shipped. It's a scam to get people's money.

you had bad luck, I order from them from France, there is no guarantee or tracking on the shipping, otherwise it would cost 10 times as much (good reason for the postal service to exist). So far, it's always gotten here and on time. Maybe you should have just cancelled your order and then ordered again.
