ikeyless Buyer beware: ikeyless Louisville Kentucky

ikeyless-  Have you had problems with them. Your not alone.

Their price is so good, that I blinded myself to the fine print, and rules of BUYER BEWARE.

Long story short- I bought one of their remotes, and it didn't work. I called ikeyless, and they couldn't get me going. I took the car in to try and get things prepared for the ikeyless remote to work, and still no working remote.  I have a  useless ikeyless remote, and they would not refund me.

After my bad experience with them, I started checking them out and found MANY complaints at consumer problem related websites such as the BBB.  These guys are customer friendly if you don't have a problem with their product.  But if you do, they cover themselves nicely so you won't get your money back under "Company Policy" rules. You might get an offer of credit on purchases, which is what they offered me. But, what if you don't purchase anymore remotes?

Or maybe not for many years? Will they be in business in 20 years, and how much will a remote cost then? 

At this rate the lawyers in a class action suit will knock them out of business anyway. 

They have so many complaints that odds are favorable it will happen.

They've already changed their company name once- BAD SIGN for consumers!

They are clever too. According to what you see posted on customer review sites, it only appears that they are working hard with customers- very clever. But after alot of checking, I found that most of the people with ikeyless problems do not get their money back.  ikeyless  knows from experience that after awhile you'll tire, and give up.  Anytime I've contacted them, I was civil and diplomatic.  They just stopped responding and ignored me. 

The Internet has created a whole new brand of crook.  BUYER BEWARE- ikeyless !
