IKS CLUB Feels cheated by IKS Club Internet

 I purchased one year subscription from IKS Club by making online payment of US $79.99 for providing membership of the club and their server access in my IPTV box (MAG 254) that enables me to view about 740 tv channels from various countries. The website claims 24X7 support. I made the payment and as per their support on YouTube video, I installed the service and started enjoying the TV Channels from 20th August, 2015. Yesterday I turn on the TV and I read the message your STB is blocked. Call your provider.

I emailed at their online support email and I got immediately reply that your payments has problems and that's why your STB is blocked. I emailed twice and explained that my payment for one full year subscription was through on August 20, 2015 and I am using the service since that date. There is no question of payment problem. You can't block my STB. They claim that they have 24X7 service but they don't reply me back. My service is still blocked. I am willing to provide all evidence. I wish this type of cheating should be stopped.
