I recently purchased an IPTV receiver MAG254 from IKS CLUB (iksclub.com) from Canada. They advertise with their subscription, they have over 10,000 movies on demand and all open DISH/BEV/SKY/IPTV channels, including all PPV and adult channels. It was all FALSE ADVERTISING in addition to the constant freezing issues. So I decided to return the box and I sent them an email. A guy by the name of Lucas responded with the following email with threats:
“You opened the box?? You will pay a restocking fee simple as that and if you give us problems we will be a HUGE problem to you disappointed you joking??? You see the channel lists?? we do not accept USED products back and I will tell you now Mr. XXXXX you give us ANY problems you will be the 1 with the Problem just like every other person like you gave us problem that will end up with a letter and all your details given to the right people..You want to talk about us like that? I am very very upset with you do not make me more angry you will REGRET it for the rest of your days
1. Did you change your buffer settings??? Doubt it
2. What is your internet speed? Do a speed test
3. I will forward this message and your email to over 19 000 paid members that will flood you with praise to our company"
Since I paid with Paypal, I opened a claim and I already sent the box back to their Canada address and I am expecting a full refund.
Today, I opened my email and found over 400 “spoof” emails from Canada. It seems they are living up to their threat, so I am expecting more emails. Their threat was real.
Buyers beware! Stay away from IKS CLUB! They not only try to sell you an inferior product, but they will make sure to harass you, if you are not satisfied with their junk. That is so childish and unprofessional. I don’t know how people like that can stay in business.

IKSCLUB and IPTVPS.COM ARE THE SAME. **********BEWARE*******. These guys shut off all subscribers and started a new site. Called IPTVPS.COM. They keep your MAC address on your device so you cannot subscribe anywhere else. They're comment is to pay again to release your MAC address.

My services stopped about 1 month ago paid up for 2 years just wondering when is my service going to start again enjoyed it when it worked but now it has stopped sent a few e-mails to you but no response would just like to no if not going to work anymore tell us if it is going to work when

Wow!!! Do these people know what customer service means? At least they are not denying their threats and vindictive actions. If you are not satisfied with their product, you are “a problematic client, a liar and a devious person”, because you dared to return their equipment. I can’t believe this guy is making statements such as “if you choose to defy us … you will be dealt with …” in this public forum. How stupid can he be? DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS?
Good thing I paid with PayPal. After I filed my dispute, they reviewed it and ruled in my favor and I received a full refund. I thought that was the end of this ordeal, but the moment they received the equipment back and they were forced by PayPal to issue my refund, I started receiving hundreds of bounced back emails in my mailbox. They are using “spoofing” tactics and sending emails using my email address (“spoofing”) as the sender. When those emails don’t get properly delivered, they bounce back to my email address. So far, I have received over 500 emails. I am using a filter to isolate all the “junk mail” generated by this immature jerk and his childish behavior.
Yesterday, I found 2 voicemail messages from this guy named LUCAS. The first one was a threatening message saying “… we found your number and we know where you live …” and on the second message, the same guy LUCAS stated that the person that sent me the original emails is no longer with their company. It’s funny, because LUCAS is the same person that was sending the emails and leaving voicemail messages and I don’t think he would fire himself. THIS GUY IS REALLY A MORON! Then, he stated that he wanted to resolve this issue amicably. I don’t think this MORON knows the definition of AMICABLY, when he continues with his threats and generating a lot of junk mail in an attempt to flood my email address.
By the way, when this coward called, he blocked his Caller ID to hide his phone number. The only way to communicate with these people is via email. They never provide their phone number. THAT’S ANOTHER BIG RED FLAD, IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. Since, this guy couldn’t reach me by phone, he sent me another email repeating the same messages he left on my voicemail.
I am saving all of their emails and voicemail messages, so I have enough evidence to build a strong case against them. The Canadian authorities pay more attention to this type of cases when you have a lot of evidence. This guy is so STUPID that claims that I “started a war for no reason”, when all the evidence indicates the opposite. I have 100% satisfaction rating as a Buyer and Seller on eBay. These people are not even on eBay, because eBay would not put up with their scam.
If they think that with threats and harassment, they can intimidate me into withdrawing my complaint, they are barking at the wrong tree. I will continue fighting back until they stop all these nonsense.

this client did not even try and attempt to use his unit I pinged his IP address he was connected. This guy was a problematic client. Yes anybody doing problems will face the consequences like this guy did... I will show you whayt happens to liars and devious people. Even the former client does not even justify the issue. IKSCLUB.COM we have over 34000 satisfied members and those who choose to defy us like Mister Eduardo Marquez of Florida will be dealt with and has been dealt with. We are #1 rated server in North America just ask our members... So the client was refunded this is not good enough so he created a war for no reason. I wonder how many letters he will be receiving? Thanks
