ILD TELESERVICES WHAT A RIP OFF Clearwater Florida

We too have been ripped off by ILD Teleservices. (Notice how many name changes are in this story. I'm sure it's for them to Pass The Buck and hide behind). I noticed a 49.95 charge to CONTACT MESSAGE SYSTEMS,LLC my BUSINESS phone bill for January on the Miscellaneous charges page. There was also another charge for 5.99 from LD TELESERVE for a directory assistance monthly fee. I called both the billing questions #'s to get quite the run around. MERCHANT TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS said they are to help with our IT needs and "Chris" authorized the change to our account when THEY CALLED US, SOLICITATING THEIR CRAP.

After I told them he was not authorized to make telephone changes, they told me they'd credit our account the 49.95 + all taxes, but it would take 60 days to come through. My March bill only showed a 49.00 credit and a NEW 4.99 charge to CALLING 10. Called a different # to get that charge removed, again 60 days to show, and had my # BLOCKED, so no employees can use their crappy service. Had to call a different # for the 5.99 charge. They told me we had been billed several charges over the past YEAR, totaling 101.70, which they would credit back to us. I called again today, they show only a 77.87 credit on our March bill.

This is a small business acount. I am so frustrated with AT&T for allowing this to happen! But I have recently learned you can FREEZE your business phone bill, to prevent this from happening anymore. Probably you can freeze you home bill too. I'm hoping AT&T will remove all the taxes and fees, too.
