ILD Teleservices, ripoff charges on phone bill Tarpon Springs Florida

I contacted Verizon about charges on my phone bill that I didn't understand. I contacted ILD Services (my phone bill indicated they were the contact name for both miscellaneos charges)who insisted I verify personal info w/the service rep (who was downright NASTY) I explained that I wasn't going to verify anything until he told me who UNITED and SURFSAFE were. He refused. He claimed I ordered these services and I stated how could I order them when I didn't know who or what they were. He kept asking me to confirm personal info, I kept refusing.

I never ordered these services, I don't know how they got my phone # and address and I want them to credit me what they charged me. To leave me alone.

This is illegal and a form of theft.
