Even though the original reported can not be removed per Ripoff Report and I can only give updates, Ileads has worked things out with me and has made me happy by doing what is right. This final update is to show how Ileads used good customer service to solve the problem. After serveral attempts and discussions with the company, Ileads.com agreed to a full refund of my account. Here is a response from the rep Erik Tyndall "Hi John - I have reviewed your account with the owner, and he has agreed to a full refund. The refund is conditional upon your removal of your Ripoff Report made against iLeads.com. Please respond with your acceptance of these terms. We will then process a refund within two days of receipt of confirmation from you that the Ripoff Report has been removed. iLeads.com Erik Tyndall Senior Sales Consultant" Once I receive a full refund from ileads, I will update my report. This is how it should be done. I will request ripoffreport to remove the original report if possible. p.s: if there is no update from me after this, we all know what it means - the company (Ileads.com) still has not refunded my money.
