iLeads.com are one of the more unprofessional and unaccommodating companies i have dealt with. Being in the insurance industry you can finds several places to find leads. I spent $500 for a certain number of leads, by the time i had received the 17 over 33% had to be replaced right off the bat. Then came the replacement of the replacement leads.
The President of iLeads.com Drew Warmington states that they have no obligation to replace more than 20% of leads ordered and that they were doing me a favor by replacing them. After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I was more or less threatened by the president of the company in regards to my replacements as well as how they refuse to finish out my contract of what I have bought.
I would not recommend this company to anybody. If anybody has any questions or similar experiences to open up their corporate eyes feel free to contact me.
