I purchased this product for a trial.  I did not see and I look where you were on an automatic ordering schedule.

I called and the person tried to get me to keep the product for 1/3 off of the price.  I told her I justed wanted a refund on the revolving shipment I had just received and she said they did not make refunds.

The product is not any good to begin with.  Drugstore brands do a better job.

If the product is so great then you will reorder.

Any company that does not stand behind the product it sells by offering refunds is telling you the product is worthless. They are just getting the initial $4.95 and the automatic orders util you realize your card is being charged for a product you do not want.
