Illumaderm They ripped me off $89.95 after I canceled my order! Internet

I ordered Ilumaderm back in Dec. 2017. It was $4.95 for shipping of a FREE trial. Sometime after using it and finding out I was allergic to it, (my face was itching like crazy) I called and canceled any subsequent orders. I had to explain several times that I was allergic to it and didn’t want any more. I thought it was taken care of until I discovered on Jan 16 they had taken $89.95 out of my account. Upon calling them, I was told I didn’t call to cancel until AFTER the 14 days. I don’t have my phone records so I can’t prove it. Although I will be checking with my phone carrier. They also promised me many discounts but I refused them all because I’m allergic to their product and I can’t afford it! I asked to have the money out back in my account. They couldn’t do that. I asked to talk to a manager. They said managers don’t talk to people! I told the girl I was talking to that they needed to have better company policies if they wanted to keep customers. We politely hung up! But I was on a mission to contact them and found this site. I hope something can be done about this company and their lousy way of cheating people out of money! Don’t do business with Ilumaderm!
