Illustrious Perks Fraudulent Withdrawl from Account Internet, Oregon

So I filled out a payday loan, like a fool. No one should ever do that. In the fine print it listed some company that was supposed to create a charge and sign you up for their service. I read all fine print because I have heard many stories about this, so I cancelled what I was doing, did not hit "I agree, nor did I continue. I was charged anyways. I talked to customer service and they have agreed to refund my money. The money should not have been taken out, causing my account to overdraft. I made sure to not continue after reading the fine print.
