Illustrious Perks Illustrious Perks debited my bank account without my permission, never even heard of them before! Internet

I was on the internet getting information on personal loans and cash advances, I did enter my personal information to a few companies but after reviewing their options and services.  I never authorized any company to debit or credit my account but unfortunately 2 different companies debited my account, one by the name of Illustrious Perks, don't know the name of the other company and neither does my bank.  Fortunately this did not create an overdraft of my account but I now have to close my account and re-open another bank account because my current one will be blocked and under investigation!
