After having this imagine card over one year and paying extreme fees to use, they failed to charge the auto deduction from my bank, which the bank verified with them. They called me 3 days after due date and I immediately paid the due amount. They said there was no problem and the card was still in good standing. Four days later I recieved a cancellation notice on the card.
Imagine the deceptive business practices. Imagine over 25 dollars a month in dues to use and Imagine how sorry the have a zero grace period. Imagine, that this was not the first time they screwed up. Several months ago the tried to charge a closed bank account that they had been notifed 3 months in advance that I had changed. No, don't Imagine, STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF SPECIALITY GROUP.
