Imagine Mastercard, Imagine ,Imagine mastercard credit card is a rip off they cancel card when I paid the balance in full every month! Springfield Missouri

I got the imagine credit card because it was a credit card for people with poor credit that actually was not a secured card. I had to pay hefty fee's along with the card because my credit was in bad shape. I was approved for $300 and had to pay around $150 to get the card set up. I paid everything was was happy to finally have a card in my name that was not a secured card.

I had the card for 10 months paying my balance in full each and every month. I used the card to pay bills and then would pay it off. Trying to build my credit I did this every month.

This last friday I paid off my balance on friday and saturday I tried to use the card to pay my phone bill. It was denied. So I thought okay maybe they have not processed the payment yet. WRONG they got the payment but then canceled my card!! I called up there and the lady said they had cancelled my card because I was late. I said please tell me when I was late? She couldn't tell me all she said was there was nothing I could do at this point because the card was cancelled. If I would have known the card was going to be cancelled I would not have paid it off. I would have made payments and paid my bills with money that I had. Now my bills can not be paid and I have no credit on the card.

I also had to pay a monthly fee of $7 per month to keep the card. The card was nice to have I must admit because I could not get a card anywhere else. However it did come at a price. I was happy with the card until this point. They had no real reason to cancell the card and also did not tell me they were even cancelling the card. no letter, no phone call no nothing. it was just done and I had no idea. I would not get this card again.
