i ordered some army can openers from the img company then a month later they charged me 38.60 under the name of NGOA on my credit card for nothing that i ordered or asked for or gave permission to be charged for. i didnt noticed untill the next month when they charged me anothe 38.60 on my account and it was pennding .i tryed to call the company several times for several days then contacted my bank who reinbursed my account  for the one 38.60 but said it was too late to reinburse me for the othe 38.60 cause it was over 30 days and i had not noticed it. my bank is checking into this company for fraud . i have been still calling the number everyday for 3 months have left messages for them to call me and left my email and phone number and have not recieved any call back or messages from them all you get is a recording saying they will call you back and would love hearing  from you and and doing business from you and will answer soon. it just keeps repeating the same message for 20 min over and over and no one ever answers the phone   and they never answer your emails either. like on there ades where they still advertive things for sale on facebook like they say private message me we will get you your refund. all they want is your account number again so they can charge to your card again .my bank issued me a new card and i will never give these people my card number again as they are nothing but a ripoff as alot of people have posted on facebook. on there advertisements says send information to universityofguns.org.com not even to NGOA it is a total different name also if you do reverse phone search it come up some kind of sewer bussiness and also img and it is several peoples phone numbers and they all have the same last name

Hello

The $38.60 charge is from when you purchased the army can openers, on the order page in the top right corner there is an option to receive an extra army can openers for a dollar if you sign up for our NGOA buyers club. This buyer's club gives you discounts for firearms, targets and ammunition.  The club is free for the first 20 days and then the cost is $38.60 per month.

Can you provide the full name and the email address that was used to place the order, so I can look into this for you and make sure your subscription is cancled.

Thank you,

Johnny- Administrative Support Specialist @ Lumitact
