If you talk to a person on the phone after paying for a small program that costs under $100, and they tell you you need to come up with $200 to start their full marketing approach, then if you qualify they will have you talk to a more important person, who is the real salesman. That person will tell you they will take most of the burden of starting you out, but honestly, they will ruin your credit for THOUSANDS of dollars.
They will tell you they will work with you if you can't make payments out of your new profits while you are in the program, but they will put on your credit that you owe thousands. They will call you any time when you are about to give them moneyeven on Saturdays, and then will say they are always available, but once they have your money, good luck reaching them about filling in the blanks for anything you didn't get as promised. It is hard to tell where they are based or really located, because I kept getting calls from different numbers, and when I called back the numbers that called me, then some of those appeared to be not taking calls- very suspicious. Some in Califormia, some calls from UTAH.
While I had questions that I needed to ask the person who would be providing the 'consulting/mentoring' I was told I could not talk to that person until 5 days after I committed some money to them through a credit card. However, I was told if I wanted a refund, it needed to be made within 3 days of the credit card payment, so I had no real opportunity to get my questions answered about the exact experience or financial results of the person who was giving me advice that I have already received in a 99 cent ebook! I ended up getting advice from a person who bought things at garage sales and hoped to sell them on ebay.
They also implied that their experienced experts know how to make money on things that sell on a regular basis on ebay, but when asking them, they were just guessing different things and they would pay fees when things don't sell and you can lose money if you order things for people and people want refunds as you may not be able to return some items.
So, I downloaded their software, and in the process, my computer had java script boxes appear with wanring messages, and they became more and more frequent as they slowed down my computer more and more, until 4weeks later, I needed to replace my hard drive and I lost hundreds of files and my some of my wedding pictures from last year. (My fault too for not backing all of those up.)
I can now see why they didn't want to tell me their company name until I was ready to give them my credit card information, they probably didn't want me to be able to do research online to check about other peoples experiences with them.
Avoid Impact KI / Impact Knowledge Institute / Duvera Financial
and any other company that tries to get you to commit to a program that will cost more than the up front amount without providing you the company name, and the real track record of the financial results experienced by the person who is giving you the 'coaching.'
It is probably best not to let a company view all of your activity on your computer when you don't know exactly what they are doing with it.

I feel your pain. After I got so far involved with these people I knew I made a mistake but by that time it was to late. Now I am fighting Prime Corporate Services that started an LLC for me so I could write off all of the deductions. An now I am so far in the hole that I am trying to get out. I have a brother who is who is sick, and a sister who is sick. I am trying to keep my household togerther and I don't know what else to do. My son told not to pay anymore money. I am going to take his advice. He told when I called him I should have called him before I did this blunder.

They Called and almost got me too

First they called me and started asking me all of my personal business. I gave the guy the run around because he was being rather pushy.
I asked him what soft of services do they offer and instead of responding, he just proceeded to tell me he was qualifying me. These guys are so funny and if you think you want to spend any money with them, please think twice.
He actually told me that he was with my hosting company which I was having trouble with at the time. When I told him about my problem he switched his story and said we are not with your hosting company, we purchased your name from them.
This guy didn't even bother to do his research on my site and he couldn't even tell me the address to the impackti website, he had to go find it.
Everytime he tried to qualify me I went back to asking him what services do they offer, after a few minutes he got mad and actually hung up the phone on me lol.
All I can say is the guy who called me sucked as a salesman and as a person. He was only concerned with making a sale. I don't know who's training these people but they have a long way to go to understand customer service.
"Don't buy From Impackti"
If you're from impactki put me on the do not call list unless you want to make me laugh again.

Right Up front they want every penny that you have! THey go through a process of asking me every detail of financial status, which thats how they set up what you should owe them, they even want your banks name so on and so forth! Then after signing with them everything is a scam! Im unable to contact them, and after reading what the prior person right I'm in the same position as he! They want you to purchase every software package available, purchase a web site and domain which was never mentioned as I would have no more charges in incurred! I got a letter I was no completing my assignments which I was, and reading ahead! They wont let you learn about anyting extra because it is all locked up! They had never said anyhing about ebay or anything else that was in the online trading accadamy which is a complete joke! Tried to contact coach with no response. I already have and account and have been an ebay seller for 14 years, so in no way is this a benefit for me! I refuse to let myself proceed in anyway! Beware its the biggest most outragous scam I have ever whitnessed! - Rebecca

Impact Knowledge Institute : My experience with ImpactKI.com

Impact knowledge institute and my experience. It started with phone calls... My experience is exactly the same. I was called by people that called, and called, and called until I answered. Then they told me about this pie-in-the-sky program that promised I would be making tons of money within 60 days. They told me that all I needed to do was use "other peoples money" (which was my credit cards). The told me that Impact knowledge Institute had an excellent record. I looked online and found this post and also posts and complaints about Impact KNowledge on the Internet. They wanted me to pay them $8,700 right then and there. THey didnt give me a chance to think about the whole thing, they said it had to be right then or never. I am very religous person and told them I needed to pray about the whole thing and get back to them. THe salesman laughed about that and basically told me to "pray to win the lottery". Then he hung up! I tried calling then umber and asked to speak with a manager, but the teenage girl that answered put me on hold for more than 20 minutes, then picked up and hung up. Anyone who makes fun of someone's religous beliefs should NEVER BE IN BUSINESS!!! I hope that others see these warnings about Impact KNowledge Institute an Utah and HANG UP on their sales calls. HANG UP WHEN THEY CALL OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! Heres the companys information from Google: Impact Knowledge Institute 1207 N 1100 W St George UTAH 84770 Phone Number: 435 688-1777

Impact Knowledge Institute - ImpactKI.com - St. George, Utah: The sales people in this company are very dishonest, and misleading. Impact Knowledge Institute - The service for the price is useless.
The sales people in this company are very dishonest, and misleading. The service for the price is useless.
On March 21, 2013 I got a phone call from a salesman who said he was calling from Impact Knowledge Institution and that he wanted to interview me to see if I qualified for their program to help me make some serious money. He explained to me that all of the internet success videos found online were only successful because they were basically "walked by the hand" by this business and that this business made their money from advertising these success videos and that they wanted to make me successful so that they could fly me to Vegas to do a success video of me. He asked me a series of questions including a bunch of questions about my credit and then told me that I qualify for the program but that I had to put down $500 upfront to get started, which he said I should "easily get back in about 3 sales." I borrowed the money from my brother and I made the downpayment. He then had me write down a bunch of numbers that I would need for registering my business. He had me sign a contract so fast that I didn't even know that all that I would really get from this is 9 half hour lessons (one a week for 9 weeks) and that it covers NONE of the costs of putting a website together, hosting, or advertising, they are literally making around $690.00/hour with no expenses and the lessons weren't even that productive. My coach spent whole sessions teaching me how to use things like facebook and ebay and twitter which I told her that I already knew how to use and I didn't want to waste all the time I was paying for for this but we did. In the end I had put around 100 hours into my website and paid an ADDITIONAL $1000 in having a website created and paying super expensive hosting that they told me to use (39.95/month) And even with following through the whole program and putting many many hours into the business daily I couldn't even make a single sale from the website. The program is supposed to include being able to ask my coach questions at any time but I would leave her a message such as how to make my product search bar work on my website and she would take a couple of weeks to respond, and then when she finally responded she gave answers like "I talked with other coaches and they said to just take it off your site" which is ridiculous on a site of over 14,000 products! What exactly did I pay for Impact Knowledge Institute?
