My account was debited 12-12-03 and I received my package 1-12-04 and I immediately returned it and they received it 1-14-04.

I began calling to question the status of my refund starting on the 19th of January and have every week since. I've been it'd be credited to my account on Friday after midnight but it still hasn't.

Today I was told my 30 day guarantee was up and to speak to refund department. However they won't connect you to them or give a number. Expensive lesson to learn $279.00 to be exact.
