I'm just confused about this trip. I've read all of the responses people have left regarding that they've been scammed by this travel vacation company- IMCV. I was convinced to purchase this vacation package beginning of Sept. 2005.

I was told the total deposit for the trip was $498. Being fresh out of college and working an entry level job, I wasn't able to put that amount on my credit card. I managed to talk the deposit amount down to $124. That amount was charged on my credit card and would have to pay the remaining $374 when I decide to use my first trip.

The trips I've received were to Orlando, Las Vegas, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and a bonus trip to Williamsburg, VA. This coming summer, July, I was planning on using the package to Puerto Vallarta for my sister's bachlorette party until I found this website. I'm afraid to call and register for this trip.

Can anyone help me out and tell me it's NOT a scam and the trip will be worth while? If so, what hotel will I be staying at and if it's close to the beach and nightlife area? Is it really true I only have to pay for sales tax at the hotel and nothing more? To have a 3rd and 4th guest in the hotel it will be $21 each person per day.

I'm just worried about having to pay more than I have to and then not having my sister's bachlorette party work out perfectly and end up being a disaster. If this trip is not worth it, is there any way I can get a refund on my refund even though it's past the 30 days period?

I don't know if my situation reflect the Florida Sellers of Travel Act to receive my full refund. Feel free to respond back and give me some advice on how to pursue this situation. Thanks!
