In-Home Appliance Service, Inc. Worst Company, tries to hit you with hidden fee's IScottsdale, Arizona

 So my mother signed up for Living Social ( a great company by the way), she got a deal for a dryer vent clean out. It did say mileage restriction but did not define its perimeters and if it was defined she would of chose another company. Well my mother called and set up an appointment for Tuesday to have the dryer vent cleaned. She spoke with Mike and gave him the info he needed and location, nothing was mentioned about mileage or her being to far out. Tuesday came, Mike had a flat tire and hit a ladder on the freeway and could not make, so my mother rescheduled for Wednesday with mike. Mike came and did the work and at the end he said to my mom you owe me $54 for extra mileage. We got onto Living Social ( which was an amazing company to help) and printed out the add and called Living Social. Living Social said he did not define mileage and it just stated "mileage restrictions". He got really upset and was talking about how his wife is a lawyer and I cut him off. I said if you labeled the restrictions correctly we would of never went with you, because the cost world of been cheaper to go somewhere else. Truth in advertising states any restriction not defined that affects a buying decision is in violation. You (Mike) never informed us nor my mother that were were violating a term before you agreed to service us. You tell us after the work is done that we owe you money. He got upset and stomped off.
