They are scammers and advertise nice rooms but you get to the property it’s a whole different story and they take your money and when you decide it’s not the place for you they tell you they have a no refund policy they are scammers and fraudulent . I decided i did not want to stay there after i saw the conditions of the property i paid at 1:59 pm asked for a refund at 3:30pm same day never accessed the room they have cancellation policy that you can cancel a reservation before 4 pm when i called the property before 4 to Cancel i was told no you can’t and that since i checked in already i could not get a refund i called the police report number 18-7389 Chesapeake va the manger offered no resolution and i returned the key which is in their possession i was given 1 key which they have and i did not stay there and they neglected to refund me i was told to call corporate office who has a voicemail and you have to leave a message their guest relations line voicemail Is full this place is a complete fraud and rip Off and takes People money !
