Inbox Dollars Cotterweb Enterprises Are not following through on sending me my first check as promised by email. Internet

I joined InBox Dollars in May 2012 and worked hard to get to the $30 level required by them for payment. I was advised that they would deduct $3 processing fee so my check should be for about $37.
I received an email from them stating that my check would be issued on July 1 or 2. This is July 10 and I have not received a check so I started an online chat with a CSR. I was told by the CSR that my check request was cancelled on June 30 but she could not tell me why. She said I will be contacted by some other department with 24-48 hours with an explanation.
Although it is not much money I did spend most of my free time on the computer trying to become eligbile for surveys and reading paid emails. I didn't expect a lot of money but I did expect to be treated with honesty.
I am convinced now that this is nothing more than a scam. I will be shocked if the Resolution Department ever contacts me to tell me why my payment was cancelled. Mr. Cotter certainly found a way to make money for himself but the rest of us are left with nothing. I will post my negative experience with InBox wherever I can all over the internet.
I also noticed that when others have had "live" chats there responses are all exactly the same word for word. I don't believe there are any CSR's even there. Maybe one person using different names.
This company is a scam and a ripoff.
