I have been a member for several year and recently tried to cash out my $50, it takes a while at 2 cents per email.

The check didn't come and I inquired because I had gotten a verification that it was sent.  They claimed they deactivated my account AFTER I received the confirmation that they sent the check.  I reactivated it and again applyed for the $50-you have to pay them also to process your check-have been back and forth for 2 months now, by email and live chat which has some of the rudest, nastiest people I have ever dealt with on a customer service basis.  They keep asking for my email confirmations-I keep sending them over and over.  They seem to lose them every time, I resend, they lose etc...

After 2 months and almost 50 emails back and forth and several live chats, they are still refusing, saying I "am not following their directions"  I have diligently followed and documented everything.  They are a scam.  They are not interested in helping, stubborn and incredibly rude and nasty.  A lot of their scams involve wanting your credit card number_that's a tip off right there.

This scammy operation needs to be shut down, but because I didn't "pay out of my pocket" it isn't considered a scam.  However I have earned money through their emails and have/had money in my account that was rightfully my earned money and unable to get "Paid"  Do not waste time with this sleazy boiler room operation!!!

Unbelievable

AUTHOR: cofia - ()

POSTED: Saturday, September 21, 2013

Finally after almost 3 months, 53 emails and 2 complaints on this site and comments on other sites-I finally received a check made out to my screen name (first name) and password (last name)-which contained numbers.  So obviously I cannot cash a check without my name on it.  How friggin' stupid is this company?  Apparently smart enough to keep scamming people and getting away with it.  I guess if it wasn't a boiler room operation overseas, they might have figured that is not a name.  So still as far as I am concerned, this worthless check that I am unable to cash, I still haven't resolved this and never will.  But I bet they'll claim they "paid" me. Plus they took out their "pay" to cut the check.  And according to their scammy site, when I log in, yup, my acct has been cleaned out.  SUCH A SCAM-AVOID!

more canned responses and rhetoric

yes I have been repling to the responses-they obviously don't read their own emails.  I have 48 emails in my folder designated to dealing with this.

Most reponses state "Please forward your confirmation email for your payment requested to offers@inboxdollars.com or log into your InboxDollars account and request payment. We cannot assist you further until you have requested payment or sent us the requested infomation so we can research what has happened"

I have sent a couple dozen emails and forwarded the "confirmation email" at least 1/2 dozen times over the last 2+ months. The above is actually their response to the forwarded confirmation letter that I forwarded-obviously they don't bother to read, just click "auto-reply"

Their  "check your spam box" canned response is typical--weird that I have proof of responding to these emails.  And have canned responses responding.

They are nothing but a slimy scammy boiler room operation!!!!!  Steer clear of this company.  Email or live customer service -who are VERY RUDE are all a waste of time.  This is one of those bogus "get rich quick" scemes that we are always warned about.  Probably located in Nigeria...

Oh well, live and learn, luckily the loss wasn't greater-hopefully my warning and accurate description of this scam will prevent others from wasting time, losing money.  And yes, I can document each and every email and conversation.

No further response from me. I have wasted so much time over the last 2+ months trying to get this money that I "earned" both email and in person so hope this Nigerian boiler room operation burns down!!  I'm sure they will have another canned response, full of lies in response to this.  Words are cheap-I have a whole folder of them and pages of printed conversation and nothing...  And I know I won't get anything- a reputable company would have at least tryed to resolve this a long time ago, so I'll admit-I've been scammed.
