In early December I completed all of the offers needed to recieve the 40GB Ipod from incentiverewardcenter.com. I have recieved all of the merchandise that I signed up for and it has been nine weeeks.
I have sent 5 or 6 responses to the company and have received an automated response back only 3 times. The other times they didnt even bother to send anything.
Not only that but the time limit of 90 days is almost up and they are not responding.... If anyone knows how I can get this problem fixed. Please help me.

Anything by "Todd of San Francisco" is a keeper, he has posted ALL the info on how to file with the NC attorney's office, and he got his ipod.
Emailing/faxing don't work.
You have to call the number and leave a message.
nearly every single one of us got called back by an "eddie" who said that he'd "waive the voucher process, you should get an confirmation email, and to wait 4 or 5 weeks"
I tried numerous times to get a tracking number but they refused. My 4 week mark is on the 21st of Feb, so I'm excited. THey say that if there is a problem and after 4 or 5 weeks you dont get it, THEN they check the tracking to see what's up.
If it gets to that point, follow Todd's instructions and file that complaint.
