I fulfilled all 6 of the requirements for the 40GB ipod and they showed up as fulfilled. no problems really. Then I printed out the gift voucher and sent it in, a month and a half later the site still does not show that it has received the gift voucher.

I sent in another 2 weeks ago- so we'll see if it records this time and I'll be sure to update. I've sent emails by filling out the form they have on their website but NOBODY has responded to my requests for confirmation.

I received my IPOD this past weekend after calling their customer service number. It came two weeks after I called them. Therefore, I advise anyone who is in need of a response from them to call their customer service number, which is: 1-866-301-7260.

Good luck to everyone.. maybe if you are persistent enough then it will finally work out for you!

So I called the customer service number posted on another ripoffreport.com entry and finally received a response. I received a call saying that they had received the gift voucher and my ipod would be on its way within 4-6 weeks. This remains to be seen and I will be sure to be on their case if I do not receive it within the next month. I have not yet filed with the north carolina's consumer protection, but I will if I do not receive the ipod. So suffice to say, this is a sketchy deal and it's hard to make them make good on it, but I'll cross my fingers and update when I have something to add.
