I too am a victim of this scam through incentiverewardcenters.com. I signed up and completed all 6 offers - 2 in each category. They are holding back 1 offer from the last category! I have emailed them over 30 times in the last 2 and a half months with NO RESPONSE. I even mailed them a printout (which I still have a copy of and will use against them if I have to) of proof of all 6 offers i completed. I have spent close to $100 trying to get this "FREE" ipod. If I do not hear back from them within 5 days, my next steps are to contact the Florida BBB as well as submit a claim to the Florida Attorney General's Office regarding "False and Deceptive Business Practices." I will continue to post progress updates. Hopefully they will be positive ones...
If anyone has further suggestions/ideas as to how to get this matter resolved, Thanks alot!

My experience I wanted to share becase I have followed these reports since November
AUTHOR: Marshall - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, April 02, 2005
I personally had a positive experience with this company. I wanted to share becase I have followed these reports since November, and decided to go forward with the promotion in spite of the many problems documented here.
I did my first offer for the 40gb Ipod on 2/23/05, and finished my last offer on 3/8/05. I printed and sent the voucher the next day. I received the same email explaining their inability to fulfill the order for the Ipod on 3/28/05, and on 3/30/05 I received a check for 379.99, which is what others from this board have received as well.
The only issue I had was that I did not receive credit for an offer from bargain network, so I did a 7th offer instead of waiting longer to resolve the problem.
I feel I really came out ahead in the deal.I spent under $20.00 on the promotions, and I got $40.00 in gift cards for circuit city, $20.00 at Lowes as well as some other samples and junk not worth mentioning. The 379.99 they sent is more than enough to get yourself an Ipod and have some cash left over. I know that Amazon had the 40gb listed for 332.00 last week.
I hope this information is helpful to someone.

Dear Valued Customer:
Thank you for your participation in our promotions.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to fulfill your
gift through our regular sources. We are sending you a check for the
value of the gift you registered for. Please use the check to purchase
the product you are due.
Sincerely yours,
Customer Service Department
It doesnt look like i will be receiving my ipod (but i thought Antonio said it was already in the mail...). But they claim to be sending me a check "for the value of the (40gig ipod)". I know ipods are going for $250-$300 on ebay or anywhere else. We will see if they live up to their promise. I WILL BE BLOWN AWAY IF THEY DO!!! Will keep everyone updated...

Received a Call Next Day!
AUTHOR: Jeff - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, March 31, 2005
This morning I received a call from Antonio. FYI-i called 15619976484 and dialed 100 after the recording to reach a human. I first dialed 18663017260 to no avail-was only able to leave message. It took less than 24 hours after documenting my complaint here on ripoffreport. to get a call back. He got the ball rolling and says i will receive a confirmation email soon and my ipod in the mail in the next few weeks. Even though i didnt believe him when he said it was sent out a week ago, i do believe that it is actually being shipped. So i will wait and see as well as post updates every three weeks. So it seems we must document our complaints before action is taken on their part...BITTERSWEET!
