Income Easy Street unauthorised charges put on my visa card Cave Creek, Arizona

I am Mayo Federal Credit Union Customer. I registered myself for one day trial on site www.incomeeasystreet.net and authorized the charge of 1 dollar to my debit card. But these people again charged me 129.95 dollar on 3rd November 2009 and 39.98 dollars on 30th November. When I saw my bank statement I immediately called up the concerned phone number on my bank statement for these unauthorized transactions. For my surprise I came to know from them that there were some hidden charges for automatic extension of my registration. I requested them to refund my money back as this was unauthorized and my account was NOT to be charged! I never authorized anything. Earlier they deny to refund anything but after threatening them to take legal action, they have got ready to refund my 39.98 dollars but they are not ready to refund my 129.95 dollars as they are saying that it is unrefundable. I am feeling really confused that what I should do to take action against them for cheating me. When I checked on Google and on Rip-off Report.com, I came to know that there are hundreds of victims like me with whom they have cheated in the same way. I would appreciate if you can take legal action against them and get my money back.
