Just attended a 3 day Seminar in my local area. A very slick sophisticated con job designed to part "a fool from his money" using the very latest "emotional selling" techniques.

You are repeated told how you can "empower yourself" and take "total control of your life" and then subliminally brainwashed and told how you need "their help, their coaching, their mentoring" to "further continue your financial education through courses" as a student of GRSR at $8,000 to $32,000 out of your pocket.

Of course, you'll recoup the entire money you just expended with your first Real Estate deal!

GRSR encourages you to do research and due diligence before beginning any investment. I did, and found loads of negative information about them. The 3 day seminar did nothing to contradict the negative comments, only reinforce the negative comments as truthful and accurate.

Some of the misrepresentations and lies put forth:

GRSR represents themselves as a State accredited Educational School recognized by IRS so the entire cost of their education is a legitimate tax rightoff -- NOT TRUE that they are an accredited Educational School.

Ricky Frank claims to be a former NFL player -- NO RECORD of him ever playing in the NFL!

Steven Craig claims to be a former NBA player and 1980 Phil 76ers Draft Pick --NO RECORD of him ever being drafted or playing in the NBA!

Almost all speakers have two first names and can't be located in a GOGGLE search.

Sidney Sperry the owner spins wonderful stories aimed to emotionally tug at your heart (and secure your money). Yet, when you attempt to connect all the dots to his stories, they can't be connected due to contadictions. He can be found through a GOOGLE search and the info is all negative.

All speakers brag about working 2-3 hours a day online making a few hundred to a few thousand dollars each via stock and Forex trades -- UNVERIFIED

METASTOCK, a proprietary software package they sell and claim was created by their employee, Sean Lucas, and only available to their students, is available directly from Metastock company itself AND for a lot less money. The company told me it was NOT Lucas who created their software and that GRSR is merely a business partner selling their product. Metastock agreed that GRSR should not be misrepresenting the facts.

The Real Estate Website branded with the GROW RICH/STAY RICH logo and is also allegedly proprietary and only available through GRSR, I found online AND likewise is not a GRSR creation AND likewise can be accessed for a lot less money.

Notice a continuing pattern? A grain of truth surrounded by a mountain of lies.

If you want to be separated from $8,000 to $32,000 of your money when you can get the same info for FREE online or from a library, bookstore, or truly accredited university, then that's your decision.
