My husband and I attended a presentation in Marina Del Rey, Ca, that lead to a 3-day seminar at the Warner Center Marriott in Woodland Hills. During the Woodland Hills presentation many promises were made that could change your life and you could become wealthy investors in the Real Estate sector, as well as, in the Stock Market.

Of course, there was a FEE for providing this guidance, eduction, tools, that were then enforced by the Owner, Sidney Perry. This FEE had varying levels based on the number of sectors you sought training and instruction which ranged up to $32,000!

I convinced my husband to take a mid-price approach of $20,000. After writing the check, we received no books, no Disc to load their propietory software for stock market analysis. We were instructed these would be sent. Also to sign-up for the online courses to go to the web to request access. However, the instruction on the webinar courses were to attend after readying/studying the books. So, we did as instructed, patiently waiting for the books to come. When we did receive the items, it was too late to cancel our interest and for me to cancel the check!

Signing up for our first webinar was a total disaster! So much so, the connection failed and we spent over an hour of our time awaiting instruction, then for ISR to state they would reschedule this course for a later date. However to find out the date, we were instructed to return to the web and look for when the course would be rescheduled... No customer service, they have our email, yet, we had to follow up on the web to find out when it would be rescheduled!

The course was rescheduled for a Friday night! But, guess what..., again, failure to connect and provide the course. This time over 45 individuals were signed up. All angry, frustrated, disappointed, disgruntled, wanting their money (BIG $$$) back. Yet, nothing from the ISR/GRSR group.... only they could not refund money. However, we could contact the office on Monday.... But, in the fine print, is the "3 days to cancel"... How can one cancel if nothing is provided for several weeks that could ALERT ONE TO CANCEL (i.e., books/reference material to identify the poor quality of material, no CD with Market software, website stating to sign-up after receipt of and studied the material in the books).

This group is fraudulently taking folks who do want a better life to the cleaner... They do provide Inadequate/Poor customer service, Inadequate/ Poor delivery of content promised, Inadequate/ Poor web presentations, Inadequate/ Poor business material... Completely DISSATISFIED and WANT OUR MONEY BACK!
