According to their web site I will receive my incorporation documents within 5 to 7 days if I paid for expedited service; it's been now 12 days. Their people are very rude and careless about my problem and whether I get my documents soon.

This company must be avoided if not shut down because of fraudulent promises. I noticed that this is a second complain on this site.
