This website is registered to Novak & Associates. According to www.e-s-q.com, 35 Carleton Ave, Suite 200 is the office of Brian Novak, Attorney (tel. 631-224-8400, 1-800-600-2807).
Be sure to read the testimonials under "contact us"!! Correspondence with their attorney, Heath Berger (516-747-0382), indicates that Kerri Novak may in fact be an officer of this company.
have notifed the FTC, Office of Attorney Gerneral in NY, Better Business Bureau and Valueweb, which appears to be their web host (abuse@valueweb.net) of the companies actions.
According to the Rip Off Report, I'm not the first person this has happened to.
