INDEPENDENT NATIONAL CREDIT HARASSMENT AT WORK

received a call from them twice at work. lady with an indian accent came on telling me i was being sued and i was going to be served with papers tomorrow. i also received the same call about a week or two ago.  i kept asking her if she could at least give me the information of the attorney company, a name/number, that was trying to contact me and she refused. she just kept saying she would transfer me to them. she also mentioned that they have sent me multiple emails regarding this lawsuit and i was thinking if a person is being sued why would they contact you by email instead of sending some kind of certified mail. this just seems really odd and i'm tired of getting calls like this at work. they shouldn't hesitate to give you the company information because most of the time most of these attorney would rather settle out of court anyways in matters like this.
