Independent National Credit Aggressive New York

I received a call from this company and it was really distrubing. First the call came in as a local number and a lady came to the phone and said she needed my address to serve me with legal papers. I asked her what this is about and she began to tell me I am being sued, I again ask from who. She told me she was ging to transfer me to the legal department.

I was put on hold for about five minutes. Then a lady answered and she was the same lady I know. Then she again told me I was being sued refused to give me the details of who. I told her I want to know who was sueing me so I could take care of anything if I owed to someone. She then said whe nwas going to transfer me to her attorney, I sat on hold this time for 15 minutes. This time a guy answered could barely understand anything. This guy tells me that he could not tell me who was suing me that I would know when I see a judge.

I told him I take care of my things and want to lknow who is suing me he tells me Independent national Credit would not give me a phone number or anything. I told him this company is not familiar to me he told me I dealt with a sister company I told him I needed to know who. He then tells me he is going to transfer me. I sat on hold this time for about 10 minutes while he talked to someone else. This time a guy name James gets on the line this guy tells me that he could not do anything for me unless I give them money.

I can not just hand out money to people I dont know. Both of these people seemed to be shady to me I know that the first two ladies were the same people and the two guys were the same people and I know that this guys name is not James they all had accents that were very hard to understand. I would like to know if someone is suing me is this how things are handled and why would I not be allowed to know who is suing me. I believe this is a scam and its really puts a damper on your day to hear from people like this.
