Infinity Dish Network they ripoff my money no serves billed my credit card but never instaled the dish and is still taking my money card com. said i have to deal with dish they won,t stop payment Eldridge,iowa florida

my friend was just checking out infinity,and he made the mistake of giving them his credit card number.but they were supose to wait until the dish was enstalled before he was to be billed.it still has not been done and they started billing him. and the credit card com. well not stop payment.told him he would have to deal with dish. and they do not answer their phone.i have been calling for two days on his behalf.
