Infinity Logo Design Anthony Spencer, Joe Flintoff, Mike, Ron, Bob Infinity Logo Design Scammed Me Internet

I have never dealt with such horrible scam artists in my life. I hired them originally to do a $99 design and was convinced by one of their old managers Joe Flintoff to up the package to $175. I explained I need this done fast and he told me that if I do the $175 I'll have it done within 3 days. I'm a designer and I promised my clients they'll have it. Well I did not receive anything for a few weeks and this is after I received every weird excuse in the book. When I finally got back the first draft and I had a simple change, again I was promised it would be done and again weeks went by. The excuses went from the design is stuck in the computer to them swearing several times I'd have it by morning with nothing. All emails I sent to them bounced. They never respond anyways. All their names seem made up. They use typical american names yet they all sound Indian. They are hard to reach. They claim they are based in US but that is a lie. In the end they promised and swore I'd get partially refunded for my troubles and I got nothing, even after I talked to several of the managers like Anthony Spensor who I have record of promising he would refund. They care so little about pleasing the customer that for a measly $150 they owed me, they were willing to screw me. I never even got the stationary or business cards that came with my package. They ended up costing way more as I had to hire a graphic designer to finish their job. It is not worth it at all to hire them. Hire someone more expensive who won't lie and scam.
