Infinity Logo Design absolutely incompetent ! DO NOT USE! Wilmington Delaware

Used these guys to revamp my personal website as a litmust test before trusting them with my company website.

Thank god i did that!

Mandate was for them to design a logo for personal blog and use a custom WP theme. I am capable of web design but I run a business and don't have the time. I thought i would pay a professional to do it. Little did I know a 11 year old kid can do a better job and it was 350 bucks down the drain.

Logo was ok (it is subjective so I won't hold it against them)

The website was absolutely terrible, they promised to transfer my existing blog and copy everything they failed to do that. Communication was terrible and poor in the end I just gave up and thought 300 bucks is not worth my aggravation. I suspects all the other reviewers are planted. God awful company. I would have much more job throwing 300 bucks down the sewer. They didn't know how to re direct DNS servers. It was a website design that an 11 year old could do a better job. the moment the site went live, and I had a good look at it, I thought this is embarrasing, I revert back to the old WP template (that was free and fine). 350 bucks down the drain, I didn't even bother contacting them as I had enough aggravation dealing with them. I am sure the good reviews are planted! Next time, I will conduct due diligence and get real reference from companies they designed the website for

Sales person have little knowledge on web design, once the sale is secured, there is no communication between design team and salesperson. probably boiler room operations where sales guys get a high commissio 

I would avoid them, and will request my credit card company issue a chargeback
