Infrahorse I along with many others did not receive the thermal camera that connects to the iphone. They quit communicating with me as well and they have learned to do preorders so that the timeframe expires and you cannot get help from paypal or credit card company. Internet

I ordered my phone thermal imager on June 4th 2015 for the second time.  The first tiime was through thermscan diagnostics and paypal got my money back from her as I never received any info or product.  This time it was preorderd to come out in Oct 2015.  They kept up on updating until after Oct.  I never heard back from them and had sent 2 emails.  Then I messaged them on facebook and they replied saying they will check into the matter.  Now I am blocked and it is too late for paypal to help refund my money which was over $300 Canadian.
