InfraHorse ThermScan, ThermScan Diagnostic Doesn't deliver product after payment Hockley Texas

InfraHorse is an attempt to spin off of a company called ThermScan Diagnostics, which has a litany of consumer complaints. This company makes promises that it does not/cannot keep and takes people's money without delivering the product. Once consumers complain, she tells them that she's processing a refund but never does. People then have to go through a PayPal or their credit card company to try to get money back. However, because she makes promises to deliver, people often wait beyond the dispute period and then are not able to get their money back. Some customers have gone so far as to file a police report. The Texas State Veterinary Board has also sent a cease and desist letter being that the company is practicing veterinary medicine without a license.
