InfraHorse Thermascan Diagnostics, Jennifer Weems product ordered March 2015, excuse after excuse why hasn't shipped. Refuses to refund! Nationwide

Purchased product March 2015 as a pre-order and still haven't received product as of Jan. 2016. There are many people commenting on Facebook about not getting their orders. I have asked for the app, so I can download it and they say the link will come with my order. They have excuse after excuse as to why the products hasn't shipped yet.

I asked for a refund and they said "okay" and it will be 7-10 days. Next I get a tracking # for my order. I keep checking tracking # and it never gets out of pre-shipment status. So, I asked for a refund again and again they said "okay". Then I am blocked on Facebook from communicating with them. I have 20 emails since March 2015.

The kicker is, they get you to pay with PayPal and keep putting you off for so long that you can't make a claim with PayPal because of length of time. They are still actively posting advertisement on Facebook and their website all over the world, suckering people out of lots of money and appears to never produce a prodcut or app for said product.
