Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was sucked in by ING's new online savings 4.3% savings account. They told me how in just a few days I would me able to easily access my money and move it to other accounts as needed, instantly, (via the net or by phone). It's been nearly a month since they took my money and I still can't access my account. They finally gave me a pin number and it doesn't work. When I call to get my money, they say the system will not allow them to do it until I activate my pin number. My pin number will not "activate" - they know this - but we keep going round and round. Meanwhile, my money is being held hostage.
Don't put your money in ING Direct / Orange acounts!

I opened an orange savings account with them, and had no problems linking my checking account with another bank to it. Matter of fact they gave me 25 bucks for opening it. Ive made several internet deposits to it with out a hitch. I'm already earning interest on my money and the money they gave me as a bonus. Ive had questions and called and got them answered right away. Sorry your having problems with them. I can only say nice things about them.

Ive been with ING for awile and have no problem at all moving my money. Nor do others I personally know. Ill bet your PC has problems or perhaps your an employee of one of the banks,posting this stuff.
