Injury Legal Solutions, Chiro Income Solutions, Worker's Injury Network, Physcians Choice Network / Casey Gelvin, Anne Gelvin, and others... Covina California

If you are a potential customer of Injury Legal Solutions, Chiro Income Solutions, or Physicians Choice Network, or Workers Injury Network, I would strongly suggest you verify the integrity of the business you are working with.

I was solicited to do business with Injury Legal Solutions and was about to pay a substantial amount of money for guaranteed leads in the personal injury business. The business model and sales pitch was very similar to those that have complained about Chiro Income Solutions, also a Covina CA companies. In the complaints against Chiro Income Solutions, promises were made that were never met and the company stopped returning phone calls and went bankrupt. It appears that they are attempting the same business model again through the implementation of Injury Legal Solutions.

Through only research I have found that the two companies are connected. Casey Gelvin is the CEO of Injury Legal Solutions and has also been mentioned in complaints regarding Chiro Income Solutions. Further Casey Gelvin is the husband of Anne Gelvin (based on a google search). Anne Gelvin is the president of patient choice network and works within the workers injury network.

On this site, Anne Gelvin attempts to argue that Physicians Choice Network is not affliated with Chiro Income Solutions, however, that argument is disengenious because there are separate complaints regarding chiro - income solutions and Casey Gelvin - her husband.

This connection along with the large amount of circumstantial evidence (same business model, same homebase), places all theses companies in a suspicious light. Again, I do not know for sure if these are fraudulent companies, however, I do believe their connection with Chiro Income Solutions is suspect and they shouldn't be given the benefit of the doubt....
