inkpro2day Thomas Hast Put me out of production for over a week with defective product. Never responded to countless emails and phone calls. Ignored 3 requests for refund. Belongs on the top of your list. Los Angeles California

Had the most horrible experience with this vendor that I ever have had in my 20 years in the printing industry.

First issue I had was with some ink I purchased. I questioned that it was the right color because it didn't look right. I emailed with photos and requested a response asap. This was on a Thursday. Informed Thomas Hast that I need a response because I was in a production criticle situation. On the 2 days before the weekend I emailed and called over a dozen times. never got a response. Comes Monday I again call and leave messages. It took 5 days to get a response which was an email from Thomas Hast to "shake the bottle". Never did get a phone call.

The second incident was I purchased refillable ink cartriges for our Epson printer. The first cartriged she used errored out with a message that the cartridge is out of ink. She emailed via the home page "contact us" on a Thursday. Again on a Friday. On Monday she called and left message. I sent numerous messages. Over 7 days go by and never got a response. Requested a refund and never got a response. I finally had to order cartriges from another vendor to get my wife back into production. Also finally had to file a complaint with Citibank credit card to attempt to get a refund.

The "reviews" button on their site only has posted positive reviews. I haven't a clue how they got any. If you read their Yelp reports they are all negative from people that had the same experience that we had.

If anyone would like any additional information you are more than welcome to email me. You should not purchase anything from this company. Although it is cheap, that is exactly what you get. Cheap product and cheap service from Thomas Hast.
