I purchased a car from a dealership that offered this group as my emergency assistance. When I experienced a Flat Tire before needing to be at work, I contacted this auto emergency provided to me. They sent someone out to put my spare tire on. They got the lugnuts off of my car no problem, but when putting them on, stripped the lugnuts, the bolts, and for one of the bolts, having played with both parts to get them onto the car and be done with the job, melted the bolt until half of it came off and covered the hole of the lugnut.
I took the car into a dealership of the same brand of car for servicing. The flat tire, the original issue, was not a problem - a slim nail and a fill. However, they did not have the lugnuts and bolts. Having no way out to my work, where I cannot miss, I had to get a rental car on top of everything. The company paid to fill the hole in the tire, but not their own damage!
A company called Agero said they would repair the issues caused by the group, if it was true that the company caused the issue. I provided pictures, had the information faxed over, and they said I'd have to pay out of pocket and they'd compensate. I do not trust people, and so I told the dealership the Agero team's information and that they'd reported they'd fix the damages caused. I'm still getting calls from the dealership that NEITHER PARTY HAS ANSWERED THEM IN ANY WAY!
I'm PAYING to have this company service me in emergency situations, but will not cover the damage caused by incompetent employees!

So perhaps its time for YOU to learn how to change a tire. It used to be COMMON KNOWLEDGE!!! But I guess drivers today don't think they NEED to learn BASIC vehicle troble shooting skills. Had YOU changed the tire then YOU wouldn't have to deal with this "damage". So YOU want to blame the people who came out and changed your tire yet FAIL to acknowledge the FACT that it was SHODDY MAINTENANCE on YOUR PART!! HOW!?!?! Well see what your tale of woe tells ANYONE who has ANY trouble shooting skills is that you have old or bad bolts. Which means its probably still the original bolts. Which means that even if it was YOU who changed the tire, YOU would still have to deal with this damage. Where is YOUR common sense in all of this?? EVERYTHING wears out!! Even the bolts and nuts on your wheel. YOU are actually kinda lucky, THEY were at least able to get YOU back on the road. Where if YOU had stripped out the lugnuts or bolts, well YOU wouldn't have made it to work. Odds are that YOU told them to get you back on the road. The problem is that your old bolts stripped out and THAT is all. Poor maintenance on both YOUR part and ANY previous owners. Oh Im sure they told you when they stripped out the bolts but YOU probably said something like "I cant be late for work, is there ANYTHING you can do?" So they did what YOU wanted and got you back on the road and NOW you complain about it. Typical self entitled consume. NEVER happy no matter how hard someone works for them or does for them.
