They said ok, it is cancelled but they only removed my information and still charged my credit card for $49.28. I have contacted this company over 20 times to get my refund and all I get is the run around. Dallas Texas

Inmate Call Solutions never provided the services advertised, I never received a phone number to call the inmate in jail. I contacted them and cancelled my order before it was activated and they said it was cancelled. IT WAS NOT CANCELLED

They charged my credit card $49.28 after they told me that it was cancelled, causing my account to be overdrawn. I have copies of all invoices, email corrospendence that have been created but still nobody will call me, email me or refund my money. 

I want them to refund my $49.28 and compensate me for the overdrfts and mental anguish they have caused me. I have 4 fractures in my lower leg and this company is a DISGRACE TO BUSINESSES.
