I was offered a Free trial of Beauty product if I would pay for the shipping. I received the product but was then later billed $177.90 dlls. (plus the shipping) the cost of a full order not just the sample size. I returned the product unopened, however my money has not been refunded. I have not encounterd a way to contact the company as they do not respond the e-mails or answer the phone number.
